process

We assess the client’s needs and wishes via email or phone. We go through preliminary ideas and expectations for the project.
We send a form via email to gather all the necessary information, such as the dimensions of the surface to be painted and the desired time for execution.
We clarify the client’s objectives for the project.

We assess the most suitable professionals from our team for the job. Our team includes several art and marketing professionals in Finland and Sweden, from whom we select the best and most appropriate for the project.

We create a preliminary work plan for the project, including a cost estimate.
Once the collaboratively considered work plan is ready and the cost estimate approved, we provide the contract electronically for the client to sign.

If necessary, our artist will visit the site where the work will be executed. This gives the artist the best possible understanding of the space to be painted, and the client can express their wishes face-to-face.
Our artists design the paintings digitally. By drawing digitally, the image can be realistically placed on the desired object, making it easier for the client to visualize the final result.
At this stage, the client has the opportunity to significantly influence the final result, as changes to the digital designs are easy to make.

Some projects require various permits and clearances, especially for larger public paintings.
Our professionals handle the necessary clearances and guide the client in obtaining permits.
Building permits often require a digital sketch of the planned painting, which is why permit matters are handled during the planning stage.

We go through a detailed work plan with the client to ensure there are no surprises in the project. For example, in indoor painting, how the space can be used during the execution.

Our creative team arrives at the agreed time and executes the painting. The painting time varies depending on the project, from a few hours to a few weeks.
The painting is preceded by area protection, if necessary, setting up the work site. After completion, our professionals will restore the area to its original condition.

When the work is completed, our team’s professional photographer takes the best possible photos of the work and produces a short promotional video.
If agreed, a summary video of the entire work process can be made.
Edited photos, videos, and permissions for their use are provided to the client.

Our team sends the client a final report and an invoice for the completed work. The final report reviews the different stages of the project.
A customer satisfaction survey is sent to the client, along with a request for a review of our company on Google.
